Kits Tree house outfit

My DD was putting on Kits Treehouse outfit and kits foot went right through the sock.. doesnt appear that it can be mended either [img]frown.gif[/img] does anyone know if this is a possible replacment part????

Call CS. What they will probably do is send you a whole new outfit with a return shipping label. Exchange the socks only and send it back. That's what they told me to do with the club outfit. They forgot to send the headband and little DD insisted that she had to have it! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Sounds like the sock may have been defective--if you call Customer Service, they may replace the outfit for you. Good luck! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Thanks guys, I think its so silly they have to mail me out a whole new outfit !! CS doesnt have access to customer accounts tonight and I have to call back tomorrow [img]smile.gif[/img]

If the socks are available as a replacement part, they will most likely just send you a new set of socks, and you won't have to return anything.

I have ordered many parts for different dolls that are not on any replacement part lists here or elsewhere on line, so always call AG CS to make sure! I will submit part numbers for all my repalcement goodies as soon as I receive my order from AG with the invoice.

what are the floursack panties? I was looking to buy her some replacement underwear and I would have had to buy the skirt with it and I don't need that and didn't want to spend $8 for the undies. Perhaps these could be a good alternative. Thanks

I think they are- because I called because I thought they were missing from my outfit- and they said they would send me some. 8 hours later, I had to call back, saying they had just fallen out of the box- oops
